  • On average 3-4 days minimum but this can be tailored to your schedule.

  • Yes, this is a gym-based training programme.

  • Check-ins are done through the app and via an online form. Feedback is given via messages/ voice notes and sometimes video notes.

  • No, you will follow the plan all online following a training programme in an app. There is an extensive exercises library to help you with technique. Additional materials such as weekly mindset lessons will be provided in PDF and video format.

  • You will not be judged! We work together to find a balance that works for you and pick up where you left off.

  • Yes! We can use this time as a learning experience to navigate real life events outside of Boost. It will help you to realise you can still make aligned choices that do not disrupt the path to your goals.
